Recently, I was asked about the changes in driver ratings, I originally was planning to do a Preseason chapter where I went deeper into the changes. I decided against it due to the time it would take, but from 2000 onwards, the preseason will be its own chapter.

This here is chapter here is optional. If you want to keep going with the 1999 season, here you go.

(Note: I won't mention Test Drivers unless their ratings do change)
